He has held positions as EMEA President and Vice President of Global Retail at Gucci, and as President of Asia Pacific at Fendi, a prestigious brand under the LVMH group. This diverse background equipped him with a deep understanding of the global luxury market, enabling him to adeptly navigate the complexities of brand development and international retail strategy. Luisa Cicchetti worked alongside Mr Testa at Gucci as EMEA CPO and previously worked as HR Manager at luxury brands including Valentino, Prada and Ermenegildo Zegna.
