Spring Week Mentorship Scheme
Bridging the gap between academia and career
FBU mentees are matched with a mentor who has previously completed a spring internship and received a summer internship offer, or one who has already completed a summer internship. Mentees will receive continuous support from them throughout the application process, as well as be invited to mentee exclusive events. This support not only covers CV and cover letters, but also advice on how to network and ace interviews.
Mentees get step by step, detailed advice on all aspects of the application process. The one-to-one matchmaking is key in leading to 83% of mentees receiving one or more spring week offers.
Additionally, we will support successful students through the spring week conversion and help mentees secure a summer internship in their first year of university.
This programme is run nation-wide, so students do not have to be based in London.
Eligibility: Students in their first year of a 3 year degree, or second year of a 4 year degree
